Summary: On the 8th floor and water flow in the sink and shower went from slow the night I got in, to none the next morning. I finally got flow just before checkout. When I checked out I went to the desk to let them know they had a water pressure problem and they said, “Oh, we’ll put a ticket in for that”. No “sorry”, no nothing about their failure and my resulting inconvenience. Just bad service and poor customer relations. This is second bad experience at a Hyatt, and will be the last.
